You can talk to the NPC @[20,14]. When you show him the Data File item you will get a glossary entry.

to fight the boss you need 3 golden items (glasses, bowgun & loins)
collect these items @[05,17] @[12,10] and @[23,13]
touch & talk to the boss @[14,15]
attack!

kill left cannon first
kill right cannon
relax and kill the boss

After deafeating the Master of Alchemy you can go back to the ground level and talk to the NPC @[14,14]. He will give you the Alchemy Coin wich you can sell for 5k AG.

Return to the Base Camp and give the Large Document Bag to the girl. You will receive the Castle Key Flower.

If you havnt visited the optional bonus dungeon Dream Cemetery you should do it now.

Otherwise go to Pilgrimage Cemetery Center @[12,17] and enter the Cathedral.
